Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) has centuries of traditional use across European herbal practice, historically associated with settled rest. Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) and Humulus lupulus (Hops) both carry long-standing traditional associations with nervous ease and evening calm. Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) has been used across Mediterranean and European tradition for its traditionally calming character. How to Use
