Mishkah Gool

Mishkah Gool is an Integrative Somatic Practitioner, Sound Therapist, Holistic Wellness Facilitator, and Integrative Leadership Practitioner whose work bridges modern understandings of human behaviour and nervous system health with ancient wisdom traditions and embodied healing practices.
Drawing from a diverse background in somatic healing, psychotherapy-informed coaching, breathwork, yoga, nutrition, trauma-informed practice, and holistic wellbeing, she supports individuals in cultivating greater resilience, emotional freedom, self-awareness, and connection to their innate capacity for healing and transformation.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that many of life's challenges are not solely cognitive but are also held within the body and nervous system. Through a compassionate and integrative approach, she helps clients navigate stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth with greater presence and self-understanding.
Mishkah is also the creator of a handcrafted Sandawa monocord, a rare overtone instrument she personally built and studied under the guidance of a master practitioner. Her sound immersions offer a deeply restorative experience that supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and profound states of rest and renewal.
Currently undertaking advanced training in Integrative Leadership, Mishkah continues to deepen her understanding of conscious leadership, relational intelligence, systems thinking, and human development, bringing these perspectives into her work with individuals seeking meaningful and lasting transformation.
Her intention is to create spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access the wisdom, vitality, and wholeness that already exist within them.
