- Tracking numbers are sent to you by email and you can check the progress of your delivery online.
- When selecting the free delivery, your order should be at your doorstep within 2-3 working days. If you prefer to receive it sooner, select the overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please note that delivery time to rural areas may take up to 4 working days.
- We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours: all orders placed and paid for before 1 pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day if stock is available.
NOTE: Even if you’ve selected Overnight Service, the courier does not deliver over the weekend and public holidays unless prior arrangements have been made. Also, note that the Overnight Service may take up to 2 working days to deliver to ‘rural’ areas of South Africa.
All orders are shipped in a discreet package with no mention of content.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you reside outside the Republic of South Africa, we will ship your order using the South African Postal Service. All parcels up to 1kg are sent via International Registered Airmail. For larger parcels, we are still gearing up. Please allow 10-20 working days for your parcel to arrive. Once the order has been shipped, we will update your order status with the tracking number for your parcel.
We do not offer courier service from South Africa to your country of residence because the rates are extremely high.
Returns and Exchange
Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; we are friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable and we will be happy to help you find the perfect product.
Any item purchased from Magickal Gem must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Return must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by calling us at +27 83 232 3364 or emailing us at info@thegem.co.za
- The buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
- Buyers must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals.
- Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.
- Vape Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.
Return of defective products
Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that the customer will have to process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly.
Exchange
In case your product is defective, it can be exchanged from us as long as it’s returned UNUSED -in new condition- in its original packaging and with all product component parts. Return claims must be filled in within 3 days of receipt of the defective item. The shipping charges to return an item back to Magickal Gem are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.
Magickal Gem is not responsible for items damaged through improper use.
All returns/exchanges must include an RMA number which can be acquired by filling out our Returns form. Do not return any goods unless you have an authorized RMA number. Magickal Gem is not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number.
Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
