Traditional Uses
L-Theanine, naturally occurring in Camellia sinensis (tea), has traditionally been associated with calm alertness. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic tradition, historically regarded as an adaptogen supporting a settled nervous system. Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) and Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) both hold long-standing places in European herbal tradition, traditionally associated with gentle relaxation. How to Use
