Sceletium tortuosum (Kanna) has a long history among the San and Khoikhoi peoples of Southern Africa, traditionally associated with calm and emotional ease. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic tradition, historically regarded as an adaptogen supporting resilience and stamina. Rhodiola Rosea has a long history of use across Eurasian herbal traditions, traditionally associated with endurance and mental clarity during demanding periods. Magnesium Glycinate is included as a well-absorbed source of dietary magnesium. How to Use
